Marion H. Biglan, Co-Founder

Marion H. Biglan, PCC, brings decades of experience as a founder, team leader, coach, and consultant. She is passionate about partnering with leaders and their organizations to help them thrive.

After graduating with a history degree from Southern Methodist University, Marion started her career as a 5th-grade teacher through Teach For America in rural Louisiana, then became the founding executive director of Teach For America’s Chicago site. Marion went on to help found Teach For America’s Human Assets team, where she spent almost ten years building and ultimately leading the Business Partner team. In 2015 Marion launched her business, MHBiglan Consulting, now called Illuminate Collective, and partners as a coach and consultant to leaders and organizations in a variety of businesses. As a former founder herself, Marion has a deep affinity for start-up organizations and is skilled at working with all types of organizations – from B-Corps to global corporations to school districts to non-profits.

Marion holds a Professional Coach Certification (PCC) from the International Coach Federation and a Professional Diversity Coach Certification from the Coach Diversity Institute. She is certified through the Leadership Circle to offer their globally recognized 360 leadership assessment and is a certified practitioner of the Enneagram.
